How it works

  1. DownloadClick Download Remote Support Tool, accept the notice, and save the file.
  2. Run itOpen the downloaded file (its name starts with Baseline-Support). If Windows asks for permission, choose Yes / Run.
  3. Share your ID & passwordRead the ID and one-time password shown in the RustDesk window to your Baseline IT Systems technician.
Important: Only download and run this tool when you are on the phone with Baseline IT Systems or have an open support ticket with us. Baseline IT Systems will never call you unexpectedly and ask for remote access. Close the RustDesk window at any time to end the session.
